# Bucky for Chrome

## The side panel stays with the listing

Bucky for Chrome looks up the address on the page you are viewing, or an address you paste, and keeps the snapshot open beside that page. Open in Bucky continues the same site in the web workspace.

## What you can do with a site

1. **Add it to a project** — save the site, and store the listing page link on the project.
2. **Run an analysis** — site feasibility, zoning, or development potential.
3. **Compare sites** — lot, zone, envelope, and height.
4. **Ask Bucky** — a question about the page you are reading. The panel shows the page text before it is sent.
5. **Save a quoted passage** — a highlighted by-law or planning passage, stored as a project source.

## Three ways in

Click the Bucky icon, press Alt+Shift+B, or right-click and choose Look up this page. An optional overlay can sit on the listing itself. It is off until you turn it on.

## It only reads when you ask

Bucky reads the tab when you invoke it. It cannot read a tab you have not opened it on. Ask Bucky caps page text at 4,000 characters and shows you that text first. Listing photos, prices, agent names, and page HTML are not uploaded.

In Bucky means the same parcel is already in a project. Nearby means a location match, and the panel says how far.

## Account and price

A sourced snapshot works without an account, subject to usage limits. Sign in to save sites, run analyses, and ask questions. Personal is $29 a month. Professional is $99 a month. Bucky is the seller. There is no separate Chrome Web Store purchase.

Where a city is not live, Bucky places the address and says so. It does not guess. Chrome 116 or newer is required.
