Bucky returns the lot, zone, uses, and envelope — each fact cited. ## What a site check returns A site check returns parcel information, the zoning district, permitted uses, available envelope numbers and coverage status. Missing facts remain unknown. Sourced zoning rules include links to the governing bylaw or ordinance and section references where available. Review the linked provision and any conditions before relying on a number. Bucky supports covered municipalities in Canada and selected US municipalities. Coverage varies by address and data layer. Site lookups are metered. Professional lookups above the included quota cost $0.10 USD each. Uncovered site results are not charged. Then you can ask about an address in the chat you already use. ## Do I need to paste an API key? No. Your assistant opens a Bucky sign-in page that lists the permissions before you approve anything. To disconnect, go to Settings, then Connected apps. It takes effect on the next request. ## Can I try it without an account? Yes. The connection guide and coverage-status explanations work without one. You'll be asked to sign in when you save a project or run an analysis. ## What does it cost? MCP is included on Free, Personal, and Professional. Free is $0 with 10 site checks a month. Personal is $29 USD a month with 200 site checks. Professional is $99 USD a month with 1,000 site checks, and a 7-day trial with no card. ## Why won't ChatGPT connect? On the web: enable Developer Mode, then create an app in Settings → Apps with the Bucky URL. Full MCP needs Business or Enterprise/Edu and admin permissions. Pro is limited to read/fetch.
