Bucky helps homeowners, professionals, and municipalities move from vague home ambitions to build-ready, budget-aware projects. It structures zoning feasibility, design intent, scoped proposals, and vetted professional matching — before construction starts.

**Audiences:** homeowners planning a build or renovation; architects, builders, engineers, designers, and contractors seeking qualified leads; municipalities streamlining permits and housing capacity.

**What Bucky is not:** licensed architectural, engineering, or legal advice; a builder or manufacturer; a financing body. Residential only — not commercial or industrial. Active in Canada (especially BC); US expansion is planned but not yet live.
