01 — List
Write the criteria once
Set lot size, zoning, overlays, permitted uses, value, ownership form, transit distance and more. Or describe the list in plain words and review what Bucky fills in before you run it.
With a reason for every match.

02 — Whole city
A City Search runs across the lots we hold for a live city, not a hand-drawn polygon or whatever reached the listings this week.
03 — Why it matches
Each match shows a pass, fail or no-data verdict with its reason, so you see why a lot is on the list before you open it.
04 — Honest gaps
When a city has no data for a criterion, Bucky reports it as not applied. It never counts the gap as a pass.
05 — Your city searches
Saved searches keep their criteria. Export to CSV, share by a link that expires and can be revoked, or watch a search daily or weekly for in-app notices of new matches.
06 — Where it runs
Run City Search in the web app, from an AI assistant through the MCP tool, or from the command line.
Screening counts parcels Bucky already stores for that market. It is a fast reverse search—not a feasibility pass on every lot in the city, and not a price band inferred from comps.
Check an address, then use "Find lots like this" to turn that lot into a City Search.
Screen a live city against your list and see why each lot matches.
