If you have commented on or sent a direct message to the @buckybuild Instagram account, Bucky may hold a small amount of data about that interaction. This page explains what that data is and how to request its deletion.
What We Hold
For accounts that have commented on or messaged @buckybuild, Bucky stores your Instagram participant ID, message timestamps, and counts of inbound and outbound messages, used to manage automated replies and reply rate limits. We do not store the content of your comments or messages beyond what is needed to send a reply.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of this data, email us at support@buckybuild.com with the Instagram username you messaged or commented from. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
What Happens Next
We will locate and delete any matching records within a reasonable time of receiving your request and confirm by email once complete. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data generally.
