How much is manual site research costing you?

≈ 27 hrs/month freed up for pursuit work, after the $99/month plan cost.
Pays for itself after just 1.3 hrs of research time saved this month — true regardless of the numbers above.
Assumes Bucky cuts that to about 0.6 hrs per site — based on the time savings we typically see, not a per-visitor input.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual time and cost saved vary by market, project complexity, and how your team works today.
Why we built this
Pre-development decisions depend on facts scattered across parcel records, zoning maps, ordinance text, overlays, market sources, and spreadsheets. Assembling that picture by hand is repeatable, unbillable work — and it is the same work on every site, for every professional who does it.
This calculator does not tell you what Bucky saves. It is a way to see what your own numbers say, so the case for (or against) a subscription rests on your volume and your team's time, not on an abstract feature tour.
Questions
Is this a guaranteed savings number?
No. It is an estimate built entirely from the numbers you enter — your volume, your hours, your hourly rate. Nothing is pre-filled from a marketing claim. Adjust any slider and the result updates immediately.
Where do the "hours with Bucky" numbers come from?
From you. We deliberately do not default this to a specific hours-saved claim — estimate what a site would realistically take your team once the research is centralized, then adjust it as you see real usage.
What if I screen more or fewer sites than the sliders show?
The sliders cover a wide range, but the math scales linearly — hours saved per site times sites per month. If your volume sits outside the range, multiply the per-site savings by your own number.
